90% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre, that mirrors its finest cousins from Provence. It is crisp and dry with beautiful flavors of white peach, nectarine, red plum, wild strawberry, and hibiscus. The acid is pleasant and in balance.
100% Chardonnay! Mineral driven and reminiscent of a round, but elegant Chablis. Notes of lemon zest, quince, papya, and other tropical fruits. Hints of dried apricots, honeysuckle, are crowned with other floral notes. Vibrant and balanced acidity. Finishing with flint and wet stone underpinnings.
