A classic Syrah bouquet of Black and Red summer fruits, bakers chocolate, fine herbs, and savory meats that are mirrored on the palate with a seamless layering of complexities, a vibrant acidity, and a flinty mineral finish that speaks to the limestone in the soil structure.
