Our inagural venture into Malbec is a bold one. More closely resembling the extraordinary wines of Cahors, than it's fellow Argentinian princes. This crown jewel is deep, dark, and chewy. Loaded with with lots of ripe black fruits, warm pie crust, dried meats, and cedar with underpinings of graphite, smoke, and wet leaf litter. This wine is extremely tight and will age out beautifully over the next two decades.
